Our full wedding planning package is a start-to-finish service designed to handle every detail of your big day. From the moment we begin working together until the last guest heads home, we manage it all with precision and care. This package includes up to 250 hours of pre-planning and onsite coordination, plus unlimited communication via text, call, and email. We'll help shape your vision, oversee your budget, manage vendors and logistics, and ensure everything runs seamlessly from beginning to end.

Let’s be real—this should be called “Two-Months-Out Coordination,” but we’ll stick with the classic: Day of Coordination. The final stretch of wedding planning can be overwhelming, and that’s where we come in. We take everything you’ve planned and turn it into a clear, actionable game plan. Our services include three pre-wedding meetings, contract reviews, timeline creation, floor plan guidance, vendor confirmations and management, ceremony rehearsal support, décor setup, and full day-of execution. This package ensures your vision comes to life exactly as planned—stress-free and seamless.

Hey, I’m Cassie—Founder of Ros&Co.

For over five years, I’ve been bringing bold, personalized weddings to life—meticulously managing every detail so my couples can actually enjoy their day. With a background in real estate development, project management, and event planning, I take a no-nonsense, strategic approach to wedding planning. As a born-and-raised New Englander, I know the region inside and out. I built my career in Boston, crafting weddings that feel elevated, effortless, and uniquely you.

Ros&Co is named after my six-year-old Shiba-Pom, Rosco. He’s sassy, has a lot of personality, and, if we’re on a call, there’s a good chance you’ll hear him demanding a walk in the background. He pretty much runs my life, but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you ever meet him, make sure to ask him to do his dance trick—he loves an audience.
