Full Wedding Planning
Full wedding planning is our comprehensive service package designed to take care of every aspect of your special day. From the moment you engage our services until the last guest leaves the reception, we handle it all with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to bringing your dream wedding to life. This includes up to 250 hours dedicated to preplanning and onsite management and unlimited communication via text, call and email. We’ll pull it all together including co-creating the vision, managing the vendors, logistics planning, budget oversight, and full onsite coordination.

Day of Coordination
This should really be called two-months-before-coordination, but we’ll keep it simple and stick with Day of Coordination. The last couple months of wedding planning can be stressful and that’s where we come in. We’ll organize all of your hard work in an easy to follow plan. Our services include three pre-wedding meetings, contract reviews, day of timeline curation, floor plan guidance, vendor confirmation and management, ceremony rehearsal attendance, decor setup & breakdown, and complete onsite coordination. Our Day of Coordination ensures all your planning comes together seamlessly.

Hello there! I’m Cassie, the founder of Ros&Co. My venture into event planning began more than 5 years ago, initially with engagement parties and baby showers and eventually weddings. After planning my own wedding I realized the amount of detail that goes into a wedding is both overwhelming and abundantly broad. Immediately after my big day, I decided to leave my corporate project management job to help other brides navigate their journey. My mission is to instill confidence in you that every detail, no matter how small, has been expertly managed so you can savor every moment of your special day. Let’s take the guesswork out of planning, together!
As a Boston-based event planner, I specialize in all things New England. I grew up here, went to college here, and started my career here. Rosco, my shiba-pomeranian, is the name behind Ros&Co. I bring a warm, personal touch to everything that I do at Ros&Co so that you feel truly cared for. When you are my client, I’m your wedding planning bestie!
