Full Planning is our most comprehensive service, created for those who want expert guidance every step of the way. From developing your vision and assembling the vendor team to managing logistics and executing every last detail, we’re with you from day one through the final send-off. Our services include:

• 250+ hours of planning with unlimited communication
• Budget planning and ongoing oversight
• Venue and vendor sourcing, selection, and contract negotiation
• Full design development
• Complete logistics and timeline management
• Floor plan creation and guest flow strategy
• Room block and transportation logistics
• Final walkthrough and rehearsal coordination
• Full day-of coordination and management + one other weekend event (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or brunch)

Day of Coordination

The final stretch of wedding planning can be overwhelming and that's where we step in. We take everything you’ve planned and turn it into a streamlined, easy-to-execute event. Our Day of Coordination package includes:

• Three pre-wedding one-on-one meetings
• Vendor contract reviews, confirmations and/or meetings
• Custom timeline creation
• Floor plan guidance
• Ceremony rehearsal coordination
• Full-day, onsite execution and management
• Assistant coordinator for set up
