Meet the team
THAT MAKES IT HAPPEN.
At Ros&Co, we’re not just wedding planners, we’re storytellers, strategists, and creative problem-solvers. We believe your wedding should feel effortless, intentional, and entirely you. We obsess over the details so you don’t have to (because you’ve got better things to do than worry about a timeline on your wedding day).
We offer tailored planning experiences that bring your vision to life… with a side of expertise, a little humor, and zero stress.
We’ll create something incredible together, pinky promise.
Hey, I’m Cassie, Founder of Ros&Co.
I’ve been bringing bold, personalized weddings to life for over six years. I’m equal parts strategist and creative… the kind of planner who loves a good spreadsheet and a mood board. With a unique professional background in real estate development, project management, and event planning, I approach weddings with logic, intention, and imagination. I don’t just make things look good, I make sure they run smoothly, too. Leave the design, logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination to me.
As a born-and-raised New Englander, I know the region inside and out. I built my career in Boston, crafting weddings that feel elevated, effortless, and uniquely you.
Ros&Co is named after my seven-year-old Shiba-Pom, Rosco. He’s sassy, has a lot of personality, and is the real CEO of this operation. If we’re on a call, there’s a good chance you’ll hear him reminding me it’s walk o’clock.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to give you the confidence to relax, be present, and enjoy your wedding.
Let’s make it happen.
Hannah, Lead Wedding Coordinator

Over the last 6 years, Hannah has independently planned weddings for friends and friends of friends, combining creativity with a calm, organized presence to help bring each couple’s vision to life. Known for her warm personality and ability to connect with anyone, she helps create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for both clients and guests alike.

Outside of weddings, Cammie has an extensive background in patient care, healthcare administration, and client relations, with years of experience managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and supporting people in high-touch environments. Her natural ability to stay composed under pressure, paired with her attention to detail and genuinely caring personality, makes her an essential part of the Ros&Co team.
Kelly, Creative Director & Assistant Wedding Coordinator
Kelly has been Cassie’s best friend since they were 12 years old, making her a natural extension of the Ros&Co brand from the very beginning. As Ros&Co’s Creative Director & Assistant Wedding Coordinator, Kelly brings the creative vision behind the scenes to life through branding, website design, social media, and overall brand strategy, helping shape the polished yet personality-driven aesthetic of Ros&Co.
With an extensive background in brand management, marketing, hospitality, and event coordination, Kelly has spent almost 10 years building campaigns, creating engaging experiences, and mastering the art of details and organization. Known among friends as the “hostess with the mostest,” she’s never met a themed party she didn’t love, and every trip she plans comes complete with a color-coded itinerary and perfectly thought-out details. Her enthusiasm, creativity, organization, and eye for design make her an invaluable part of the Ros&Co team.
Michelle, Assistant Wedding Coordinator
Michelle brings a well-rounded background in hospitality, corporate events, and wedding coordination to the Ros&Co team. Her experience ranges from supporting large-scale events like Toronto’s Festival of Beer to coordinating weddings and managing conference and catering logistics for luxury hospitality and corporate environments including The Conrad Hotel and Latham & Watkins.
With 8 years of hands-on event experience, Michelle thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence on event days. Whether she’s assisting with guest experience, managing logistics, or supporting behind-the-scenes operations, she helps ensure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
GET TO KNOW YOUR TEAM.
What’s your favorite part of a wedding day?
Hannah: This has to be a tie between vows and speeches if I'm able to catch them! After spending months learning about our couples, it's so beautiful to hear what they have to say to each other, and to hear what others have to say about them. It's a very full circle moment, and these meaningful words really give the day purpose.
Michelle: My favorite moment on a wedding day is when the couple gets to see the reception space for the first time. They get to see how their vision has come to life and that all of the months of planning and design details has paid off. It's also a great private moment for them to celebrate their wedding and get to really take in the experience before starting the party with their families and friends.
Cammie: The first look. That intimate moment between just the two of you that is filled with so much emotion and love. Everything you worked so hard for and dreamt of culminates in that moment.
Kelly: I’m a big sap and I love love, so definitely the vows. Seeing the moment two people commit to each other and hearing their story in real time is something I will never get tired of. I will never not cry at a complete stranger's vows exchange, personal or not.
Cassie: Gosh, this is my own question and I still don’t know where to start. My favorite moment is right after the ceremony when it’s just the couple walking away like ‘holy cow we did it'!’ (and me creepily lurking in the background making sure we’re running on schedule).
What type of weddings or design styles do you gravitate toward most?
Hannah: I love an outdoor wedding at a repurposed venue. Show me an old fire house, a mansion on a cliff, a factory overlooking a river. Give me sunshine and nostalgia and I'm smitten every time.
Michelle: I love a classic, timeless style and venue. I'm a sucker for beautiful ballrooms and manors with gleaming wood floors, large windows and French doors, soft lighting, and a little bit of historical charm. I'm a happy girl with an abundant amount of flowers and romantic candlelight at a wedding.
Cammie: I've always loved a summer outdoor wedding with a beautiful view. A natural backdrop to wow your guests. And even better, it’s a special place to visit year after year.
Kelly: I love anything that is as romantic and extra as I am: ornate details, maximalism, over-the-top florals and greenery, loud luxury.
Cassie: Moody, earthy and textured… but make it CHIC!!
Describe yourself in 3 words.
Hannah: Joyful, capable, supportive
Michelle: Attentive, confident, diligent
Cammie: Warmhearted, optimistic, attentive
Kelly: In the words of millennial powerhouse Ke$ha: Hot and Dangerous.
Cassie: Bold, organized, genuine
Are you more calm-under-pressure, hype person, detail queen, problem solver, etc.?
Hannah: I would say calm-under-pressure and hype person! I really trust myself, my team, and professional vendors to be able to pull anything off, so there's no sense in getting worked up when you need to flex a plan. I'm also quick to sense the mood in a room will and suggest a playlist change, a group cheers, or give some words of encouragement if anyone needs a little hype!
Michelle: Detail Queen - I love working through checklists, color coding calendars, and making sure every detail is just right (and, yes, I will be checking to make sure the bottoms of linens are fluffed.) Also Calm-under-pressure.
Cammie: Calm-under-pressure
Kelly: Detail queen through and through. I want every logistical detail thought through ahead of time so you can actually relax and enjoy your day. Give me a timeline, checklist, or spreadsheet and I'm happy.
Cassie: Calm-under-pressure, problem solver, and not afraid to take charge when needed.
Dog person, cat person, neither, both or something else?
Hannah: Ooooo I do love all animals but as a vegan my very favorite thing is seeing happy farm animals at sanctuaries. Safe and happy pigs and cows with their friends in the sunshine give me joy!
Michelle: Both are so great! But I do lean more towards dogs as they're more willing to snuggle with you based on personal experience. I can't wait to have my own dog someday!
Cammie: Both! I love my cat, Beans, and I can't wait to have a dog someday, hopefully a golden retriever.
Kelly: Both for sure, but Rosco himself has a special place in my heart as my first born nephew.
Cassie: Ros&Co may be named after my beloved pup, Rosco, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention my 13-year-old sweet tortie, Macie. I'm firmly in the "love them all" camp.
